This is a Power Trim model 150 lawn edger that belongs to one of my Uncles.
I happened to notice it in his garage and asked if he still used it and he told me it was difficult to start. Upon pulling it out, I noticed the spring linking the throttle lever to the governor flap on the engine had came off and decided to fix it for him.
In this video, I've gotten the shroud off and re-attached the governor spring to the air vane and tested the throttle for proper operation afterward. I also quickly checked the fluids and the air filter (all of which would later need replacing) but I figured they should work for now.
