Steel and Devon battle Vargoyle, but they can't morph since Ben and Betty stole their Morphers. Devon tries to regain his memory after Vargoyle executes his plan to activate a device that erases the memory of everyone in Coral Harbor, including Devon, Ravi, Zoey, and Nate. Steel's memory cannot be affected since he is half robot. Steel tries to protect a plant named Spot so he can prove to Nate that he deserves to get a pet.
