Here is one option to adding a Cable Attachment to your Power Rack. I will also have another one soon where I welded certain parts to this Attachment for those who are interested in that.
Also, here is the UPDATED list of items needed for this project....

14' of 1/4 " Vinyl wrap steel cable
6 1/4" cable clamps
4 1/4"x4 bolts
4 1/4" nuts
8 1/4" washers
6 1 1/4" #8Torx wood screws
4 3/4" x 1/4" sheaves
4 1/2" x 1/4" Bolts
4 1/4" Nuts
2 2" Overhead Pulleys
2 1 1/2" Overhead Pulleys
2 Snap Spring Clips 4"
1 7/16 x 3" U Bolt
4 7/16 nuts
Drill
1/4" Drill Bit
7/16 Drill Bit

In addition, to properly install the cable clamps, make sure the saddle of the clamp ( the part where the nuts are ) is on the long ( live ) end of the cable. All should be facing the same direction to ensure proper strength. Sorry about that!
