New sliding rail and 3-phase 8-pole motor fitted. Hydraulic rise/fall and cutting relief now repaired and fully operational. Hacksaw bolted to wooden "skids" so it can be moved using a pallet truck. All looks good so far -- now I've got to modify the blade mounts / tensioners and start cutting some metal.
