Welcome to my Honda Grom Build Series! This is Season 4 of The Build Series and this time, I'll be showing you the entire process of making a super unique, stretched, slammed, 300cc engine swapped Grom! I'll cover parts, installation tips and more, but most of all, having fun during the build! AND! One of you will get this bike once it is complete! In this video (Part 7), we get parts powdercoated for the build. I got all the parts we currently have over to Chris at Enigma Coatings (bit.ly/2gzKU24). He stripped and sandblasted the frame, swingarm and new parts. I picked them up so Fry and I could do the taping to block the places we didn't want powdercoat. Dropped them back off and Enigma powdercoated everything! Then Fry and I removed all the tape and started piecing things together and organizing all the kits. Next week the bike starts going together!

The new 2022 Yamaha R7 NEEDED an exhaust upgrade. The bike is incredibly quiet stock and it really impacts how enjoyable the bike is to ride. So for this collab build with @MotovationUSA, we put on the SC Project CR-T exhaust made for the MT-07. And what do you know, it fit! (for the most part...). I took the bike out for its first ride with the new exhaust to do a little sound test of this full system. What a MASSIVE improvement!

The BMW S1000RR is one of the best sounding liter bikes out there. But to really let it scream, it NEEDS an aftermarket exhaust. In the last video (linked below), I installed the Austin Racing GP1R full system with inconel headers and titanium silencer. It sounds absolutely insane on start up, at idle, and with some revs, but how does it sound riding? I took the bike out for the first ride and sound test after the install to find out. This thing is LOUD, but man does it sound incredible.
