Fragile states are the only places in the world where poverty is increasing. And by 2030, they will be home to around two-thirds of the world’s poor. At the IMF-World Bank Spring Meetings, Nonresident Senior Fellow Shanta Devarajan spoke with us about why he’s watching fragile states so closely.
