This is the life of a doctor. Although we are trained to operate, (both literally and figuratively) while sleep deprived, it’s still an uncomfortable reality that your doctor may be treating you while sleep deprived!
My question to you is that just because we can do this, should we? After all that we know about sleep deprivation and association with medical errors, brain functioning, etc.
