Air traffic controller Daan @airtrafficcontrolschiphol (IG) gets the chance once every 3 years to join an observation flight: stepping out of the tower and into the cockpit. A chance to experience operations from the pilot’s perspective, exchange insights, and sharpen the teamwork between us and @luchtverkeersleiding (IG) that keeps every flight moving safely and smoothly.

And yes…bringing some cameras to the flight of captain @broekhuizenstefanie (IG) was a great idea.
