Hi guys! My last shift captured at Kerb Kollective before this site had to unfortunately close. I have been wanting to capture the full carnage of a weekend shift at this cafe but as you can imagine it can be difficult.
Instead of the usual iPhone footage I used my Insta 360 clipped onto a hat to seamlessly capture the busiest moments at Kerb. It could only run for 30 minutes at a time so this is 5 separate 30 minute segments over a 4 hour period of non-stop orders! We checked the reports post shift and during these 4 hours we made around 450 coffees! That's 1 every 32 seconds!!
