EDOUARD BREWING 🌀 8/31 VIDEO BREAKDOWN: Tropical Storm Edouard is likely to form before making landfall Tuesday morning/midday near High Island/Port Arthur/Beaumont. Southwest Louisiana should watch closely too, with some models a bit farther east near the TX/LA line.
