Ingredients:
•1/2 potato boiled peeled and mashed
•1/2 cup yogurt
•About 1 cup potatoes boiled peeled and cut into small pieces
•3 tablespoons oil, canola or vegetable oil
•1 teaspoon cumin seeds, jeera
•1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, maida or plain flour
•1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, dana mathi
•1/4 teaspoon black pepper, kali mirch
•1 bay leave, tajpat
•1 dry red chili brakes in 2 pieces
•2 teaspoons ginger juice
•1-1/2 teaspoon salt
•1/4 teaspoon garam masala
•About 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro, hara dhania
