We are Live in the morning making Potato and corn Chowder!
What you will need
2 cans (14.5 oz each) low-sodium chicken broth
1 16 oz can of corn
2 1/2 cups of potatoes 🥔
1 yellow or white onion, finely diced
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of celery
3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby-jack cheese (or more to taste)
4 slices of bacon 🥓
