Potala Palace upon the Marpori or Red Mountain in Lhasa amid Central Tibet a vast building called the Potala Palace shimmers brightly. Such a building is named after Parvata Poṭalaka, the Astral Mountain of the Divine Creator known as Lord Who Looks Down or Lord Of The World. The structure itself was specifically built on the Red Mountain because of the entrances into the Hollow Earth that are concealed beneath it.
