War war never changes - and neither do the shady scientists of the world of Fallout! From dodging government oversight to employing some seriously questionable methods the scientists at Vault-Tec West-Tek the Institute and other iconic groups have been left unchecked for far too long. Frankly we think they've gotten a bit too big for their lab coats so we're throwing down the gauntlet to challenge the science of Fallout's most prominent inventors to the most grueling test known to science: peer-review.
