Here is a glitch that I discovered in Postal 3. It is reminiscent of the "ghost" cheat in Postal 2.
REQUIREMENTS:
This glitch can only be preformed in Free Ride mode, which was included in the v1.12 patch for the Russian game. I do not know if the patch has been released for the US release, but the Russian one should still work with it. Once you have the patch, Free Ride will be available from the New Game menu after you beat the game once.
To preform the glitch, all you need to do is get on a Segway and ride it into another loading zone, the easiest one being the mall right across the street form the Segway store. The game will get confused because the Segways aren't supposed to leave that one area, and you will enter a no clip kind of mode. As far as I know, you have to load another file to exit the area as you will fly right through any load points.
This is most likely an oversight by the developers who were rushed to release this free roaming patch to please the fans after a less than spectacular release.
