This is a quick video showing how clean, glossy, and well protected my Rivian R1S looks even after being driven around for two days in the rain in San Diego. I did nothing to the car at all, the last time it was hand washed was just over a week before this. I very rarely take it through an auto wash, I always hand bucket wash at home with no special tools literally just a hose a sponge and a bucket. No foam cannon, no pressure washer, no tools, other than some elbow grease. OK I also use a step ladder to reach the roof- but that’s it!
