My 25 point judging system for fiction gives 5 points each for:

1 PLOT - complexity, use of time, linearity, believability
2.CHARACTERS -real seeming, morally ambiguous, dialogue, point of view
3.SETTING - How conjured up, atmosphere, importance to plot
4.WRITING QUALITY- Somewhat subjective
5.MY READING ENJOYMENT- Totally subjective!
