In video four of our five video portraiture and life drawing course, Jake Spicer takes us through some short painting exercises using the water-soluble Shade and Tone paint pan set, focusing on the features of the face as today’s subject.

This video builds on the lessons and exercises explored in video 3. Using the Shade and Tone palette, you will add tonal values to your drawing.
