Rubio, who accrued 150 parking tickets, skipped court dates and had her driver's license suspended six times, surveyed damage she did to the Tesla but didn't own up until she knew it was captured on video.

The front of the Tesla, where the impact and damage occurred, is outside the frame of the video. The Tesla is parked facing outward, the opposite direction in which the Nissan parks. At the 4-second mark, the impact shakes the Tesla.
