First achievement is easy due to portal placement which makes your fall unstopable.

Second achievement took exactly 5:05 mins of falling. And it's sped up for obvious reasons.
Also during this fall Chell did one full & quarter of clockwise turn (a. k. a. she did a 450 degrees spin). Hope that helps, though IDK how.
