This uses 02 skip which is a route that is currently banned due to lack of verification tools to ensure that no props fall out of bounds. So while it is the first sub 8, it can't be accepted to leaderboards so my 8:01 is still technically world record.

02 skip uses a glitch called ISG to go through the glass at the start of the map so you don't need to wait for the door to open. This is only possible on recent steam builds of the game, which add the ability to carry radios through map transitions(would previously crash), and the ability to toggle radios off(radio in 03 instantly falls oob if ISG is on when loading the map). A good execution of 02 skip on average saves 15-16s over the standard route, so this run is actually about 10s sloppier than my 8:01. Steam builds also change save glitch slightly, which is why you see a different 02 save glitch and a slower save glitch setup in a few other maps.
