Doing an "airboat run" (the rules are simple: never ever get the portal gun, you can only finish the game using spawned airboats via the "ch_createairboat" command which can work without enabling sv_cheat).
I've bound the command on the F key as well as the mousewheel (up and down) to do airboat flings.
You can always try it yourself as a challenge.
