I was playing the Portal 2 Test Map Pack 3 download (forums.thinkingwithportals.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=1376) and I think I found some unintentional solutions to a couple of the levels. The first I only suspect is unintentional because of the sneaky portal shot in the middle, but the second I'm fairly certain isn't meant to happen as a lot of other things happen in that level if you don't take the shortcut. Also, if you do get onto the end platform and miss the part where the door opens momentarily, there is no way to get back afterwards.
Apologies for the crappy quality, Source's AVI export codec is awful.
