Hundreds of concrete units enhanced with ECOncrete’s technology are part of the breakwater reinforcement at the Cala Ratjada Port in Mallorca.
The tender for the remodeling of the breakwater required the use of ecological concrete - a first in Spain. Our technology was sought out to mitigate the risks outlined by the initial environmental impact assessment and to add ecosystem services missing in traditional marine construction.
