I used this recipe simplecomfortfood.com/2012/10/27/vietnamese-grilled-pork-with-noodles-bun-thit-nuong adjusted for my families taste and ingredients available. This is a simple recipe. There are several steps but nearly all of them can be done up ahead of time. This would certainly be good with chicken or beef in place of the pork if you prefer.
