Rare pro-shot footage of the band performing The Sky Moves Sideways (Phase One) at Den Bosch in the Netherlands.
Richard Allen (Porcupine Tree's former manager/former Deliruim records boss) was kind enough to share a bit of information about the origin of this film. According to him, it was shot by the venue for unknown reasons.
