The annual pop-up shop is arguably the biggest day of the year for us at Checkpoint. Despite spending almost a year preparing for the event, it still seems to sneak up on us. Last year's success really left us wondering how we were going to top Pop-Up Shop II... but, at least I feel, that we really managed to outdo ourselves this time around.
This year, we had even more good goods and a lot more Checkpoint-branded merchandise. We were especially excited to show off some of our new designs which were making their official debut.
What we love the most about hosting our Pop-Up Shop is creating an event that really brings people together. Be it kaido racers, drift cars, trucks, kyusha, really any form of low-style Japanese cars, we try our best to showcase cars of all different subgenres so that we can all come together and connect based on our shared passion for stylish Japanese vehicles. Even if we don’t all agree on a certain style or have the same tastes, I’ve been really excited to see people of all walks appreciate what the other has to offer.
Thank you again for making this such a memorable day for us. We cannot wait to see you next year at Pop-Up Shop IV.
