"Fertility rate" refers to the average number of children born to women of fertile age
"Replacement rate" refers to the minimum fertility rate needed to maintain the population at its current size, i.e. just over 2.
"Birth rate" simply counts the number of babies born per capita per year.
I apologise for using these terms inter-changably.
