I am looking for some voice actors to voice the different fighters of this game not only in-game, but also in promotional material that'll coincide with not only the game's release, but also some future character's release.

I am also looking for character designers and animators to help me with the art side of this project, for I have little-to-no good art skills.

Here is the synopsis:
You’re an Angel who’s tired from a day of testing the morality of humans in the overworld through your shapeshifting abilities. Indecisive of who to morph into tomorrow, you decide to have them fight over which form gets the honor. Duke it out in a trippy brawl with ethereal stages, unique characters, and color-feeling music. Utilize your punches and kicks alongside your Dream Orbs to make the impossible possible in this fighting game rogue-lite!
