As the pinned comment says, instead of alt-tabbing to change your health value, you can just set a hotkey for that and then press that during the opening cutscene.
If youre running Ultra Hard Mode, then the setup is the same but you also need to set the Farah Health value to 0 and then freeze it, just as we did with max sands.")
