This is a small work i did in a small period of time (around 1 day and a little more)
Hopefully people like, but there was a sprite limitation but i still did what i could.
I did because i really wanted for this reskin to exist, but no one seemed interested, so i did it.
Thanks for Vish Epic Anime Gaming Empire for lending me his folder with the voice rips for Part 6 Jotaro
in which if you didnt know, was removed from Eyes of Heaven but there was a ton of voice files left unused, hence why i decided to use them.
Its around the same char, i only changed voices, sprites, unique intros, star platinums pallete (to match the manga), etc.
All custom intros have been replaced except for Young Joseph, more than there is in the video.
Theres also custom sounds that havent been shown in the video, so go ahead and play it yourself.
Although i still think this char may be a tad too big specially for Old Jotaro, in which i added a .rar file with a cns that makes him smaller but its a mere
scale change, nothing serious.
There is some bugs, dont use this guy on stages that go for way too long to the right or the left (almost infinite)
because star platinum needs thrown the opponent to a wall and if he doesnt hit for awhile he gets stuck in the air, so thats that.
I wanted to add in some extra things but im not a coder myself, maybe in the future the original creator can help me to make this character more interesting.
Also i was going to increase the timestop to 5 seconds like how he says when you do it but i feared it would be too boring because Jotaro by himself doesnt do much anyways unlike DIO. Probably in the future if i get help for this char.

Greetings! (Yes its a oc)
Im here bringing a char by viniciusonico, a long term commission i had.
This is one of my early designed characters, and i thought of putting her in MUGEN, so the long journey began, some might know this has taken
over 1+ years, close to 2, there was diverse breaks and problems in both spriting and coding phases, nowadays i only lacked a coder (for diverse months),
but eventually vinicius was nice enough to take the job, and some months in and its finally complete, i hope you enjoy it as much as i do.
Thanks also for Mattfv for completing this sprite commission, both him and ArzenJames have done some good work on it, same for rivelio on the first version of the char.
I have taken a long time designing how the specials, effects, voices, etc would be. I made sure with vinicius the design and gameplay was pleasing as it could be,
I hope the work and delay was worth it, the character has a intense moveset and arrangement of possible combos, all thanks to vinicius making the designed attacks possible in-game.
This project is so old that this character has already had 2-3 redesigns, if it ever happens, in the future i would make another update to make use of additional thunder-ideas
and the Yata No Kagami.
This could be my last commission project too due to lack of coders/spriters, so i hope youll like it. (again)

Lore:
This is Aria (OC), known as the (last) Cosmic Elf. She fights off using Martial Arts, Wind and Cosmic Magic. Aria works off as 1 (out of 4) of the Guild Members from Agartha, clearing quests and helping those in need from where she is from, a local hero. Aria also tends to have a smug personality, she is not evil, but likes teasing and showing off, makes effort.
She is here in order to fight off these wondrous amounts of characters that get in her way, mainly the bad ones, or you could say she is just lost.
Aria uses 4 bracelets (except in the sprites) in each limb to harness her elemental power (wind) and her race power (cosmic), the Cosmic Art is naturally represented by the triangle, stars and arrows effects. Cosmic arts often involve psychic powers, energy bursts, multiplication and etc. while wind is more used for melee combat infusion and ranged attacks.
The evolution and full use of her cosmic arts are used in the Ultimate which grant material manipulation and further cosmic burst energy.
The names of the moves will be in the character folder along with character art, so read the readme.
Before you ask me or say in the comments, i consider Aria as a midget/shortstack.
Development & Bugs:
The development of this char went pretty smoothly thanks to Joey, but this is the first version of the char so there may be bugs or errors we didnt know how to fix at all, so watch out or help us.
As the development went on she has been redesigned a couple times, so the sprites (which are great) may not match fully the current artworks, you can notice because she has a bandage over her face but mostly are related to the pallete needing better color separation and color corrections, but this is minor to gameplay and anyone can offer help if they want.
The idea was to get this as done without making it super complex, so the moves arent exactly super flashy or cinematic as some draft ideas i have.
Theres more i wish it could have in its moveset, its not as flashy as Karen and A.I is not best, but this is quite already enough for a char and thats great.
Moveset:
*Usual basic combos and air combos, but trust me Air A is cool.
Down Back A: Cosmic Multiplication - by doing the two fingers sign, Aria energy multiplicates herself, increasing damage.
Down Front A: Wind Combo - freezes the opponent with energy and combos off with wind imbued. (can be used in basic combos)
Down Back B: Aria Barrage - Counter that calls up different arias to combo off the opponent.
Down Front B: Universal Punch - Long range rush that if hit triggers a star effects punch (can be used in basic combos)
Down Back C: Blitz - Half-awokens for a fast paced teleport crash (can be activated in air)
Down Front C: Psychic Control - throws diverse rocks at the enemy (can be activated in air)
X (Ultimate) : Awoken Cosmic Elf - requires to pass through the enemy in a straight line.
Y + directionals: Dodge Jumps
Extras:
Charge-able C * (canceallable)
Low : Air Punches (multiplied in Cosmic Multiplication)
Medium : Area Manipulation - psychic freezes opponent in place
Max : After-images rushdown - After-images rush ahead which can start up a combo, right after the combo ends you can also link up an additional basic combo or such
Down Attacks *
Down + A: low kick, if pressed again starts up spinning kicks
Down + B: sliding kick, if pressed again and again it starts a kick combo
Down + C: imbued energy ground kick that explodes in the end, air c is the same idea but coming crashing down first.
*Dash attacks on A and B
Aria uses 1k energy for specials (aside super), this was probably a joey mistake but i thought it was cool, as a feature, sorry. I thought it was another interesting take since Aria is an elf, like how Entahs Yuno (elf) slowly charges for being abundant of mana.
She also has a cosmic power up mode that brings in bigger damage and more clones to basic combos.
