Normally during these runs we delete the vision cutscenes, however I did this on my new PC and forgot to do so, but for the sake of fairness (particularly to console runners who cant delete these cutscenes) the rules on speedrun.com state that if the cutscenes are not deleted, 46 seconds may be subtracted from the final time. This is what happened in this run, hence the discrepancy between the time on the autosplitter and the time given in the video and on speedrun.com
