This is the incredibly rare 1997 Oblivion #nn Ashcan by Comico featuring cover art by legendary comic book artist Arthur Adams.
I discovered this obscure ashcan while hunting for rare comic books, patiently waited for a copy to surface and eventually found this one raw.
Then came the opportunity to take it to another level.
