Thanks to the team behind the rewrite of the game and the handy dandy "CTR-Tools" by @DCxDemo, we now have the ability to modify the music and the pre-baked sounds!
I was messing around with the tool and adding sounds like the early beta roulette sounds and the Mario Kart 64 sounds but then I said, "Screw it! Let's see how many sounds I can cram in this before hitting the limit!" and added meme sounds to the mix. This was created mainly to learn the ins and outs of sound modding and I have plans for future sound packs.
Enough talking about that, here is the download for the patch!:
