Pool Robot With The Best Customer Service Experience!
In this video I will be covering what went wrong after almost 3 years of running my Sigma pool robot by Maytronics on my 10,000 gallon pool. I’m going to unbox the pool robot that was returned after I had sent it in for warranty repair (all covered up to 3 years by the manufacturer).
I will show the invoice, what they replaced, and the kind of customer service offered by Maytronics for putting quite a lot of money into buying one of their products.
Next I’m going to place the robot into the pool and verify that the issues have been resolved and make sure everything is working as expected.
Finally I’ll let you know if my initial review of this robot was correct or not, and what I think of the customer service & support from Dolphin and Maytronics.
