From the start of the album, you are greeted by awesome and creative pony initiatives, and stylish sound. Spikey Wikey aka Tacos, Cider Party's founder, does us the honor of an inventive House beauty that samples vocals from "What My Cutie Mark Is Telling Me", a show song not often remixed or used, while One Track Mind delivers a very emotional and nostalgic treat calling back to early community classics such as Alex S. or Omnipony's. 7th Stive, GrazySmash, and FelonOnBass contributed as well with real bangers! And now let's get to track #6, "All Night Long" from ponycutz that we're presenting to you with this upload. Ponycutz is a fairly new and undiscovered pony musician, with a few tracks released so far and only 17 subs at the time of writing this. Let's fix that everypony! This video was done by Tacos as a nostalgic callback to the old CP video template and that kind of pony wallpaper art used back then too, to fit to the theme of the song... And let me tell you, when I checked out the video, I teared up from the nostalgia!! Im such a huge fan of Cider Party ever since I found out about the channel, very early when it only had 5-6 uploads or so, and Im so fond of that flair and style from back then with those choices of art and the edits, so I love this nostalgia moment SO much, not to mention it was done by the founder of Cider Party himself... We got hints of this coming album for a while, with past pre-releases such as Shards of Darkness, and Dark Ascension that was featured on Cider Party! Now Exiarks ultimate MLP-themed album is fully released and I cannot describe with words how utterly amazing and breathtaking the tracks on the album are, showcasing insane talent in composition and sound design, as well as Exiarks unique emotion that is truly otherworldly. And not only that, but its a concept album about Lunas 1000 years on the moon, and what she experienced there! Every track has a story that is following up through the entire album, and you can read it in each tracks description on Bandcamp. This one is about Luna finding a dark crystal taking over her and chasing her, and its definitely relfected amazingly by a dark sound design and atmosphere, an intricate composition of many surprises, haunting vocals, fast-paced relentless drops, and emotional melodies. Words are lacking to describe the powerful effect that some parts of this track do to me, its such an otherworldly emotion, and Exiark truly has that magic to instill that emotion through his divine music...

So yeah, that album. So incredibly amazing I cant put it into words. Just listen to the whole thing, chances are you will be blown away like I did.
Also, dont you think that the vocals in this track sound like theyre from Twilight? And the vocals from Accelerate sound like theyre from Celestia, so much! (gotta thank Megaphoric for that)
Also also, lens flares all the way! That artwork just called for recreating lens flares and animating them. There are some for the dark crystal, and some for Lunas eyes that only appear during the hard-hitting parts!

With a theme of exploring Gen 1-3 of MLP, our friends at Pinkamena Party certainly went a creative route and made for a lot of crazy surprises! Rest assured theres regular G4 pony stuff in the album too, though! Come party along, were all mad here...
Every new massive compilation album from the Pinkamena Party crew is always a blast, with so much fun, creativity, and passion from all those musical crafts from all around the community. This time is no different, and the new album PONYDOME VII: INJECTED WITH PONY certainly has that pony spirit going! So many of the musicians responded to the Gen 1-3 theme with fitting tracks, such as Additive Subtractive here who made a track about Lickety Split from G1, even using vocal samples! This Bouncy Techno track definitely gets us dancing, and brings in the madness in such quality musical ways! Definitely a masterpiece, and its not the only one! Some of my favorites from the album are Pernegyres DreSSeS in Style, Payyn & PoniPlagues Utter Flutter Blast, Kakofonous A. Dischords One Night in Cherry Jubilee, PhonicB∞ms Rope Swing to Ponyland, Foozogzs Fabulous Little Ponies, and Dynamite Grizzlys En Vogue pts I & II! They all are so creative and fun, with so many pony samples from both previous gens and Gen 4, and telling pony stories, too! Check them out and see for yourself! The whole album is definitely an awesome experience injected with pony as they have it, so go take a listen, and join the madness of the Pinkamena Party!

Now that the mega compilation album Ponies at Dawn Rebirth is out, it is an honor for me to present you my favorite track from it, a progressive masterpiece of intense and emotional storytelling. From Lunas banishment all up until her comeback, follow the full story arc along loophoofs beautiful music in this one-of-a-kind gem!
My mind went blank and I was literally blown away when I heard this track during the release party stream, and when I relistened to it I couldnt help but tear up. The focus on storytelling, and how loophoof expertly conducted it with a progression of several parts matching the events of the story, is just incredible and truly sets a new standard in pony music. How it includes every part of the arc with corresponding vocal samples from the show, and how it transitions between parts, bringing a new musical mood reflecting the story every time... is just wonderful and really to be praised.
Theres the heavier part starting at 02:25 embodying the original battle between Nightmare Moon and Celestia, the more ambient part starting at 03:10 amazingly reflecting being stuck on the moon and the setting there, then theres Nightmare Moons comeback from the S1 premiere put into epic music with a hint of vengeance at 05:15 (getting goosebumps from that part), and then the brighter and happier part starting at 05:37 upon Twilights use of the Elements of Harmony, including both Twilights heart-warming feelings toward her new friends (gosh Im tearing up again just writing this) and Celestias feelings as she welcomes back her beloved sister. That last part just makes me tear up every time I relisten to the track, its so so emotional, from the music, the voices of the ponies from the show, and what we feel for them...
Also for the backstory, the vocal chops in this song are all Lunas and the last section of them was the lines we understand you wanting more, a chance to shine, a chance to soar from the song Youll Play Your Part, and loophoof imagined it as Luna saying now Im shining forth, and both you and I will shine on more, which is so very lovely and gives so much depth and meaning to the chops, and even more emotion.
And by the way, for those who were wondering, 478,000 miles is the distance to the moon and back! Yes, loophoof even reflected the full story in the title!

I loved this track so much that I had to make something special for it. This video is the closest I ever did to a full-fledged PMV for a Cider Party upload (not counting the comeback video), with how I included and edited show scenes much like a PMV, and furthermore syncing them with the vocal samples from the song. The part with Twilight and her newly made friends in particular is dear to me. Please see that tender and nostalgic moment in the video as my own heartfelt tribute to Twilights story and how she met the ponies that would become the most important ponies in her life. Just like the part with Luna and Celestia reuniting being my tribute to them and their story arc. I also intend my work to express once again my deep love for fellow fans who feel the same kind of powerful things for the ponies. We are bronies... and we will remember!

Among the pony classics of these last few years, we decided to show you iblank2apples Flutterwander that is quite the timeless cocktail of sounds (mixing in a pantsu-wearing Fluttershy - for those who remember). Blankie has always been around to delight us with creative quality tunes including the much welcomed Not Safe For Books, and its a pleasure to spread the word about this tasty Fluttertune in case some of you missed it. Its available on a new compilation album that came out just recently, Ponies at Dawn Recollections, that features a (re)collection of old but gold tracks from musicians who were featured on main Ponies at Dawn albums before, as well as some surprises including new VIPs and even a few new original tracks! A stunning collaboration, Faulty and JoinedTheHerds teamwork resulted in so many wonders in this remix of the community classic from JayB, brought to the present with a fresh new musical vision!
After the cute shipping over on the Ponies at Dawn channels upload of Faulty and JoinedTheHerds Follow You (the lovely art choice helping a lot too), some might see this new collaboration between the two talented musicians as a sign of fate. The sparkling musical result of their take on JayBs famous Fluttertune is certainly no coincidence, as the musicians hard work and experience definitely shows! With stylish sound design, the brand new Progressive Trance arrangement is doing wonders to enact a brand new feel for the track, born anew from the fusion of Faulty and JoinedTheHerds styles and influences. The thoughtful progression of this much welcomed remix not only displays an interesting use of the famous original Flutterchops, it also features a creative break with epic choruses in the background, yes choruses! It always makes for much emotion, and it is but another token of the two pony musicians talent and resourcefulness. Lets hope for more of these collabs because they certainly impress with lots of awe-inspiring musical wonders!

Pony cuteness incoming! Now is Homage and TCBs time to shine, even through the rain, as their masterpiece of a collab brings cuddly vibes and vocals along a gorgeous and refined instrumental! These two ponies are finally making their well-deserved debut on the channel. Theyve both been releasing heaps of amazing pony tunes on their channels during the last year and especially TCB, so be sure to check them out!
As it rained at Homages place, the musician got inspired to compose a very cute song with pony-like lyrics and theme, about building a fortress made of blankets, to cuddle with a beloved somepony until the rain stops! He then showed a demo to the amazing TCB whos been very active in the community, and thats when the magic (of Friendship) happened. Getting inspired by the track, TCB took the song even further with his own musical talent, and soon the now-collab track got finished and complete as a stunning piece matching the lovely theme to perfection! And whats more, Seafood Dinner drew an artwork for the song, featuring Homage and TCB as ponies inside a blanket fortress! With that very cute artwork being used in the video of Homages upload of the song, you could pretty much headcanon that the song is now about those two sharing that tender moment, just like you could interpret your own cuddly moment with your favorite pony!
