Hey everypony!
Does it sound familiar? Well to some of you it should I guess. "Nightmares" (youtube.com/watch?v=ChHTiMpiK2Y) became my most viewed upload - thank you so much for your support - and I personally love it too. That's why I always was contemplating to make a new song in the same manner. Now almost a year later I got the right inspiration which was difficult for me for a long time since I wanted it to sound similar to "Nightmares" yet still be an own unique song and not just kind of a second version of it!

This song is dedicated to Trixie. When I was thinking about it, I asked myself, what if she always just wanted to be a part of the main six? Is she even a villain? Maybe shes just getting misunderstood and therefore rejected. I could imagine that she is sad when shes alone.
Whether Im right or wrong its just an assumption and it fits to the song I think.
About the song, Ive spent 35 hours this time - Academy Record!!! ;D At least in my production history! ^^

So yeah hi everyone / everypony!
Here Im presenting you my first attempt in something that could be Glitch Hop (regarding the BPM and drop). But it also gets over in something that could be titled as Hip Hop so yeah its all in all pretty experimental... ^^
When I was making the song it really reminded me of Timberwolves because it has a scary atmosphere and the wooden sounds of the xylophone are supporting the image of a Timberwolf out of the Everfree Forest sneaking around you hidden in the undergrowth and all you hear is this sound of wood that it makes when its coming closer and closer and closer but you cant see anything...
And then the drop hits and it reveals a new face of the whole song... But yeah listen to it and tell me what you think. You might have already recognized that Im trying to explore new styles and I hope you like it and if not then be aware that Ill be back with some chilled stuff for Christmas so dont miss that! ;)

I started this collab with ib2a actually already many months before! I was simply asking him to send me a couple of project ideas hes on since I really wanted to collab with him. He was instantly down for that and after reviewing five of his dope projects, it was the character and chords in this one that inspired me the most! I had instant ideas for how I want the drop to be like which I then proceeded to work on.
And boy did I love to work on it!
The reason why we called it Bonjour is simply because we think it is truly an uplifting tune and thus we believe its a fitting title. :)
(And btw I am sorry for the visuals, I did them myself and I am aware there is room for improvement... But I tried! :D)
But now I think its necessary to address the future of this channel.
I havent been active for such a long period of time. I still love producing music but I just dont get to it anymore. Full-time job, career changes and personal things eat up so much time and resources. Im also not getting into any creative flow anymore really. Though, I didnt want to leave without one last track - so this is it.
I hope, that one day in future I will be able to follow my passion again for music production but it will be on a different (not yet existing) channel. Dont you worry, if you stay subscribed, you will (probably) not miss it because I will announce it here of course!
The new channel will not be about MLP anymore. That said, I want to state, that I still consider myself a brony, still enjoy the show (watched all eps of Pony Life even haha) and still enjoy the works of this incredible fandom!
I just dont see myself contributing to it much more - should I change my mind, this channel will remain the place for my pony/brony stuff of course!
So, yeah its not a goodbye, its just a wait until I inform you where to follow me next, should that thought appeal to you. haha
