A theme of Ame no Yose, the final boss of 南西 PoMR.

She might look like a regular fairy, but she's actually the culprit behind the incident!
...probably. The backstory doesn't give much details on that.

It might seem odd for a rain-collecting character to hold an umbrella, until you realise it can be held upside down.
