I like the look of inlays to create etched or debossed images in eco resin and resin. They are usually made from silicone and that would still need to be the case for resin casting. But I wanted something temporary and quick to make to use with eco resin. Polymer clay seemed the way to go. It remains mouldable until baked and is not affected by water, so I am making some leaves using a mould and using them as inlays.
I’m going to make a hanging heart scented stone and a tealight pot with autumn leaf ‘etched’ designs.
