Our roots run deep in Latin America, where the first Campero restaurant opened in 1971. It was, and still is, a family business -- started by the Gutierrez family with one desire -- to serve the best tasting chicken possible. To this day, Juan Jose Gutierrez, our CEO, remains personally involved in ensuring our chicken is always fresh and flavorful, through and through.
