Here is the recipe for the marinade
1 onion sliced
1 bottle Naranja Agria(Sour Orange Juice)
2 limes juiced
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon basil
I packet of achiote powder( Annato with salt and msg)
Combine and marinate overnight.
