📊 Apply professional-grade frameworks: actor-interest mapping, causal pathway analysis, scenario modelling — the methods governments and multilateral institutions actually use.
🔍 Challenge the data. Reframe governance scores, security assessments and development indicators through Pan-African lenses of epistemic justice and structural power.
🏛️ Navigate AU and REC institutions with confidence. Map veto points, identify strategic entry points, understand the real constraints inside Africa's continental governance architecture.
📝 Produce outputs that decision-makers use: policy briefs, political risk analyses, strategic presentations informed by African philosophies.
