US MRE menu 24 is probably the best US ration I've ever had. I've used it to prepare the famous Polish dish - dumplings aka pierogi. I've eaten all of the ration , many components were new to me. You will have a chance to learn how to make pierogi - I will show it step by step.

Ingredients for the dough:
* 250g (8 oz) wheat flour
* 125ml (4 oz) warm (just boiled) water
* 55ml (1,8 oz) - 2 tablespoons oil (neutral taste - sunflower, peanut etc)
* a pinch of salt
