On June 21st, 2024, officers were dispatched to a Harbor Freight parking lot after receiving reports of children screaming and crying inside a parked vehicle that was turned off. At the time, the outside temperature was 92 degrees, and the children had been left inside for 27 minutes without air conditioning. This is the footage of the events that followed.
