Police have released surveillance video of a person in a horror-movie mask who authorities say has harassed multiple Center City pedestrians in recent days.
Police believe the suspect is a man between the ages of 16 and 20 with a thin build and average height.
Officials are asking anyone who encounters him to call 911 and refrain from approaching.
