On June 19th, 2022, dispatch alerted officers to conduct a welfare check at an intersection. A witness reported seeing a four year old walking with an adult who appeared impaired. Another witness observed the adult male stumbling while the child sat on a wall at the corner. Both witnesses expressed concern. This is footage of the events that followed.
