We celebrated 44 new police officers from Class 04-2023!

Sheriff Kevin McMahill administered the oath of office this afternoon and welcomed these men and women to the ranks.
He says they represent the best of the best.

Class 04-2023 By the numbers:

🔵 14 are military veterans representing the Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps
🔵 22 are bilingual, speaking Spanish, Arabic, Croatian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Italian, and Tagalog
🔵 10 have Bachelors Degrees
🔵 9 have prior law enforcement experience
🔵 Range in age from 21 to 45
