If you're driving with a plate cover, or ANY illegal vehicle mid, you can get the ticket, even if you're not the registered owner.

This one is hit and miss - some Cops enforce it more than others. Some charge, some may choose to issue a warning. Of course, not all tints are the same, with some being extremely dark. It's up to the driver to make sure.
