Days after a large crowd of students in Towson led to multiple arrests and a push by the Towson Chamber of Commerce for a safety plan, several students said that a different plan is not necessary. On Friday, the first weekend back for many college students, downtown Towson was less crowded than Wednesday, when police said dozens of people filled parking lots behind a local shop, causing a disturbance.
