Police in both Vancouver and the Netherlands are investigating to see if an unknown man living in Amsterdam is actually a Vancouverite who's been missing for over thirty years. Police have been unable to identify the man known as "Lucky" since he collapsed in Amsterdam three years ago and was left with aphasia.
